Before you can use these APIs you have to signup as a merchant at [dashboard.myidentitypass.co](https://dashboard.myidentitypay.com/)m.

### Response Codes

* 00 - successful
* 01 - ID not found
* 02 - Service is not available
* 03 - Insufficient wallet balance
